Driver Assistance Systems - Precise and efficient calibration solutions
For professional camera and sensor calibration, Bosch offers workshops an overall compatible system consisting of the ESI[tronic] Evolution diagnostic software, diagnostic testers from the KTS series, and various calibration equipment around the DAS 3000 computer-controlled calibration and adjustment device.
The Bosch digital set-up process supported by the ADAS One Solution, halves the time taken to set up calibration devices for driver assistance systems. ADAS One Solution software makes vehicle preconditioning and the precise positioning of calibration equipment around the vehicle easier and faster.

Also new is the universal radar reflector CTA 120, suitable for all sensor types for front and rear radar calibration, and the Doppler simulator CTA 110 for calibrating side and rear radars to ensure that the lane change assistant functions perfectly. Both systems are mounted on the DAS 3000 and aligned using the ADAS One Solution calibration software.

Vehicle systems analysis FSA
Bosch offers workshops various measurement modules for vehicle systems analysis. The test equipment of the FSA series offers comprehensive diagnosis, analysis and are an efficient addition to ECU diagnosis:

New service provided by Bosch: reliable vehicle assessment with a manufacturer-independent Bosch certificate
With the Bosch Vehicle Health Certificate, Bosch offers workshops and mobility service providers such as vehicle dealers and fleet operators a reliable solution for assessing the condition of vehicles manufacturer-independently. The data stored in the vehicles is read remotely from the control units, analyzed using an innovative system and merged into a vehicle-specific Bosch certificate. The service is easy to integrate into existing workshop processes and accessible via established Bosch diagnostic solutions.
The certificate can be composed modularly:
* accident history
* maintenance history
* presence of critical fault codes in the vehicle system
* presence of potential manipulation of the displayed mileage
* battery capacity (for electric vehicles)
Bosch hereby offers a comprehensive vehicle report that provides sellers and buyers on the used car market a reliable basis for negotiations. With this solution, Bosch is counteracting the lack of transparency on the used car market.
