Clueless what to opt for: acrylic, watercolour or oil? - Bring variety into the colour workshop: with a mix of techniques

11 Dec 2023

You are looking for ideas for a creative campaign at the POS? And you would like to appeal to as many customers as possible? Let yourself be inspired by artist Angelika Domenig: The inventor of Aquarylic Color shows in her workshop at Creativeworld trade fair how you can easily try out very different techniques. Whether you are a fan of watercolours or an oil painting enthusiast - in a single workshop with only one product, you can show your customers the wide range of options available in the field of painting. You will see: Everybody can be an artist!

"Is there a product with which I can combine acrylic, watercolour and oil painting?" - This lack in the paint market finally made Austrian artist Angelika Domenig develop a product herself, a colour that allows to combine different techniques and textures harmoniously. With Aquarylic, there is a new, additional colour category alongside acrylic, watercolour and oil paints.

Why not offer a workshop on it? In your own workshop, you will see that you address fans of very different techniques and offer them added value. It is very easy to paint in watercolour with the latest colour innovation. Also those who prefer to paint in oils or acrylics will find the new product an enriching addition.

„I don't want to dissuade artists from their painting style. On the contrary, I would like to give them the opportunity to combine a new medium with what they know already, something that really everyone can use.“

Anglika Domenig is an artist, designer, author and lecturer with a passion. Her credo is "everyone is a painter". She was looking for a colour that is suitable for every painting technique - oil, acrylic and watercolour - and that can be combined with all these techniques. This is why in the course of five years she created Aquarylic.
