The machines are designed to repair of faults 10”-30”steel and alloy rims. The rim repair is carried out by means of the hydraulic piston, an inserts extension tools  and the suitable working tools supplied as standard equipment.

The machine is equipped with a quick release hydraulic adapter to set the position and mount a rim securely.

Repairs are easy, and the time of repair does not exceed few minutes. The working tools allow to fix a damaged rim in any place of its bend.

The straightening machine is supplied with:

• the working tools of different shapes to repair various deformations;
• a set of centering rings to repair rims with different diameters of central holes;
• a device to locate rim deformations;
• mounting mechanical pressures of adapter with regulated set bolts;
• a lever for preliminary rim straightening of steel rims.

The electronic system presented wheel balancing machine MONOLITH is equipped with an innovative measuring system includes a HD camera measuring a line laser and mathematically defined measurement space, located in the field of view of that camera. Balanced wheel mounted in the adaptor of the machine is in the field of view of the camera too. Marking in this space any arbitrary point will automatically enter the coordinates of this point as characteristic parameters of distance and diameter and the distance between these points is the results determined  as width.  However, purposeful selection of two points, located on the laser line displayed on the surface of the rim of the balanced wheel is a method of determining the correction planes of the wheel.  Points are marked on the real image of wheel  seen by the camera and presented on the touch screen monitor (or traditional monitor). Mentioned two points can be marked as aleatory point of the rim (also indicating the position of the cursor), according to the needs of the operator and without the need for measuring by using a variety of sensors and methods characteristic parameters of the balanced wheel. More! The operator does not need to enter any parameters the wheel! Selection  two points of correction on the touch screen monitor takes 1-2 seconds, and the introduction or the measurement in traditional balancers parameters of the rim absorbs from several to some  tens of seconds. It is also tangible benefits of innovative solutions that balancers.
Applied innovative solutions shortened the measuring cycle of the machine. With the launch of the drive and start the measuring cycle on the monitor screen is displayed the image of balanced wheel. Marking on the screen these two correction points will cause that after stopping the wheel, machine will indicate the value of the unbalance, characteristic of these two selected  points from a mathematically defined measurement space. With respect to the machine earlier entering the market, presented balancer does not have a traditional sensors and actuators to measure the parameters of the wheel.
